Doconit collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business information, and any data you integrate into the platform. When you use our services, we may also collect usage data, device information, and communication logs necessary for platform operation.
We use your information to provide and improve our autonomous business management services, including AI bot operations, communication dispatch (email, phone, SMS), and analytical services. Your data powers the AI decision-making that runs your business operations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, role-based access controls, and SOC 2 Type II compliance standards. All communications between your business and the platform are encrypted end-to-end.
We do not sell your personal or business data. Data is shared only as necessary to operate platform features (e.g., sending emails through your authorized email account, making phone calls through integrated voice services) and as required by law.
